Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Excel Technical Institute (ETI), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of technical education by providing dedicated software licensing, advanced workstations, and limited batch sizes to ensure personalized industry mentorship. Due to these immediate upfront infrastructural and administrative commitments, we strictly adhere to a standardized fee refund policy that aligns with premier educational institutes across Thane and Pune. The initial admission and registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, as it is immediately utilized to reserve your seat and allocate technical resources. For the remaining course tuition fees, our policy is structured as follows:

  • Pre-Commencement Cancellations: A partial refund of the core tuition fee may be initiated only if a formal written cancellation request is submitted to the ETI administration at least 7 days prior to your scheduled batch commencement date, subject to a standard administrative processing deduction.

  • Post-Commencement No-Refund Rule: Once the batch has officially commenced, or if the student has attended any sessions, accessed our proprietary study materials, or utilized our software labs, absolutely no refunds, fee adjustments, or batch transfers will be granted for any reason, including voluntary withdrawal, medical issues, or non-attendance.

  • Institute Rescheduling: In the rare event that ETI management cancels or significantly postpones a scheduled batch, enrolled students will be given the priority option to seamlessly transfer their admission to the next available batch or receive a full refund of the tuition fees paid.

Refund Execution & Contact

  • Refund Processing Timeline & Mode Approved refunds will be processed strictly via the original mode of payment used during the admission process (e.g., credit card, UPI, or bank transfer). Please allow a standard processing window of 7 to 10 business days from the date of formal approval for the refunded amount to reflect in your respective bank account.
  • How to Request a Cancellation To initiate a valid cancellation request prior to batch commencement, students must send a formal email containing their full name, registered contact number, selected course, and receipt of payment to our administrative desk at [Insert ETI Email Address]. Verbal cancellations or requests sent via WhatsApp will not be considered officially valid for refund processing.
